Refund policy
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.  To be eligible for a return the item must be sealed and undamaged. We grant the customer up to 14 days after receiving the product to file a return.Â

There will be NO REFUNDS on PREORDER product.
(A PREORDER product is any product that is not in hand at the time. These products will always have a tentative ship date in the product description. PREORDERS are purchased from my wholesaler based on the amount I sell. I cannot cancel orders once they are purchased from my wholesaler which is why I have a NO REFUND POLICY for pre-order product. Please use your own discretion when purchasing pre-orders. Do not combine pre-order product with product that is on hand or it will not ship out until the pre-order arrives unless you choose to pay the extra shipping label cost)
Coleman Trading does not refund any packages that were stolen, lost or tampered with after delivery is confirmed by the delivery service. It is the customers responsibility to track their package and take appropriate measures to make sure they receive the package when it is delivered. If your package is missing after delivery is confirmed, please contact your local USPS or your local authorities to help investigate your situation. Signature confirmation can be added to your order only upon request as stated in the shipping policy.
All items will be inspected by colemantradingllc@gmail.com before processing a refund.
